As a recent graduate of the Humber College Real Estate program, I'll be able to utilize my knowledge of best practices gained in this program to help you find the perfect home.

Real estate involves making many emotionally driven decisions that can be difficult. While I will be as dedicated to finding your home as you are, I will also be able to ensure that I can negotiate on your behalf, help manage the emotionally driven decisions, and come up with creative solutions to find a home that fills your needs.
When it comes to negotiations, sometimes the dollar figure isn't the most important aspect to a seller. As someone who is a creative thinker, I'll commit to finding out the motivations of the sellers and finding a creative way to get the best deal possible for all parties.
Through my years of experience in the marketing and sales industries, I've become an out-of-the-box thinker, which results in creative and unique solutions to any negotiations, beyond just the dollars.

Through committing to comprehensive market analyses, studying market trends, and utilizing data analytics, I will be able to create data-driven decisions to get you the best price. All of my recommendations will be based on market data in order to creatively analyze opportunities to purchasing.
