A home isn’t just a building with four walls and a roof. A home is a place to make memories. A home is a place to celebrate. A home is a place to gather with your closest friends and family. And a home is a place to call your own. That’s why you need to work with a real estate agent that will be dedicated to helping you create these memories, encourage these celebrations, and bringing together gatherings of loved ones. As an industry, we’re here to help you find more than just a house, we’re here to help you find your home.
So the question is, how do you pick a real estate agent? There are over 3,300 registered real estate agents within the London and St. Thomas areas. That means there’s one Realtor® for every 135 people. So how do you pick one to help you make one of the largest decisions of your life? Well, it comes down to fit.
Every real estate agent is going to have their own unique set of skills. For myself, I’m someone who is passionate about the digital and online marketing aspect of real estate. That means that I’m someone who will be able to generate a considerable amount of attention on your house that you are selling through the use of ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google, among many other online marketing platforms.
I’m also someone who loves negotiation and coming to a reasonable agreement between all parties. Finding out the motivations of the sellers and determining what’s important to them is key when determining an offer. So, when looking to buy a house, that’s one of the main skill sets I can bring.
At the end of the day, you need to work with someone that you like working with. They have the same values, the same goals, and the same passion that you do in finding your home. They have the be professional and friendly. And they need to be able to do what’s best for you.
I would love the opportunity to be able to work with you in helping you find everything you are looking for.
